If you’ve never seen Cash Cab, it’s an NYC-based game show that started airing in 2005. 

You get in a cab, thinking you’re going on a normal ride. All of a sudden, the lights go off and you learn you are going to answer trivia questions, earning money for each one you get right. The game lasts until you reach your destination.
