Lesson Update
Hey there! Thank you for checking out this update on lessons. There have been some big changes in my life recently, and this page will catch you up.
The biggest change is that my home base is no longer in NYC.
What? You Left NYC?
Yes. The reason why is that our building was sold, and all of us tenants were forced out.
The unit that we had is currently being “renovated” into two separate apartments (new bedroom size, a spacious 9 x 7 🤦♂️)
Losing my precious space was really hard, as I’m sure you can imagine how difficult it is to find a singer-friendly space in Manhattan.
So I’m taking it as a sign from the universe to try a different model.
Where are you now?
The new home for The Singing Athlete is Nashville, TN.
In-person lessons in Nashville are taking place at my new studio in the Aertson Midtown.
If you want to come to Nashville for a voice intensive, let me know.
My building is attached to a hotel (where I get a discount for you.) There are also two fully-furnished Airbnbs in the building which I can reserve for you.
Will you be back in NYC?
Yes. I’ll be coming back to teach live at regular intervals.
If you already work with me, I have your email and I’ll send a message when I’m coming into town.

Will you be teaching anywhere else?
Yes. With my new location, I plan to teach more regularly on the West Coast.

I’ll also be teaching a week-long Singing Athlete intensive in Paris 🇫🇷 the week of July 8th, 2024. Viens chanter avec moi!

Can I work with you Online?
Absolutely. I’ve been teaching on Zoom since 2016, and I find that there are honestly some advantages to it.
